Dr. Tara Brown has embraced a healthy, active lifestyle from an early age, which shaped her path toward a career in health and wellness. After experiencing a ski injury at the age of 14, she sought care from a chiropractor to help with her recovery. That experience sparked her desire to help others in the same way.
